Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or faults.


Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.It must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Laptops & Monitors Warranty

All laptops and monitors come with a 1-year warranty.

Customers can claim the warranty directly through the authorized brand service center in the UAE, or contact Gamez Geek LLC FZ for assistance with the warranty claim process.

Consoles Warranty

All consoles come with a warranty.

International versions include a 3-month warranty provided by Gamez Geek LLC FZ.

UAE versions include a 1-year warranty.

Warranty Claim:

Warranty is applicable only after the item is received by us.Warranty does not cover physical damage, burns, or short circuits.Any issue caused during software update warranty shall not be applicable.

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects (not damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors).Warranty claims are valid only after the item is physically received and inspected by Gamez Geek LLC FZ


For valid warranty claims:
Repair only will be provided.No replacement will be offered under warranty.Replacement is only applicable if the faulty item is reported and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Video games

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at: gamezgeekcare@gmail.com.
If your return is approved:
We will provide a return shipping label and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is: Defective, Damaged or Incorrect.Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Gamez Geek do not accept returns for:

Headsets
Controllers
Sale items
Gift cards


For defects in these items, customers must contact the authorized brand service centers
Exchanges


To exchange an item:
Return the original item (if eligible)
Place a new order separately once the return is approved.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
